Vishu Festival
Vishu is a festival celebrated by the Malayalee community that marks the beginning of the new year and serves as a time for renewal and reflection. This celebration typically takes place on 15th April this year and is characterised by the ceremonial arrangement of the Vishukkani, which includes rice, fruits, and flowers, symbolising prosperity and abundance. SVWT devotees will observe Vishukkani in the evening, as it is believed to bring good fortune for the year ahead.
