Surya Namaskarams with Aruna Prasna Parayanam

Join us for the sacred Aruna Prasna Pārāyaṇam along with Sūrya Namaskārams, a traditional Vedic offering dedicated to Lord Surya (the Sun God). The chanting of the Aruna Prashna from the Krishna Yajur Veda invokes divine grace for health, vitality, prosperity, clarity of mind, and spiritual well-being. Combined with Sūrya Namaskārams, this sacred practice is believed to remove obstacles, strengthen physical and mental wellness, and bestow positive energy for individuals, families, and the community. Devotees are warmly invited to participate and receive the blessings of Lord Sri Suryanarayana.
