About The Event
Sri Ramanujacharya, also known as Ramanuja, was a revered Hindu philosopher and theologian living in India's 11th and 12th centuries. He is widely regarded as one of the most important exponents of the Sri Vaishnavism tradition, a devotional branch of Hinduism that emphasizes the worship of Lord Vishnu and his incarnations. Ramanuja is known for his commentaries on the Vedas, Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita, which his followers still study and revere. He also propagated the concept of Vishishtadvaita, a school of philosophy that combines the ideas of Advaita (monism) and Dvaita (dualism), which has profoundly impacted Hinduism. Ramanuja's teachings have inspired millions over the centuries and continue to provide spiritual guidance and inspiration for many.
