Karthika Somavaram & Ekadasha Rudra Parayanam
Karthika Somavaram in 2025 refers to the Mondays in the Hindu month of Karthika, which are considered especially auspicious for worshipping Lord Shiva through fasting and special rituals. On each Karthika Somavaram, devotees typically fast from sunrise to the next day’s sunrise, offering prayers to Lord Shiva.
An opportunity for devotees to perform Rudra abhishekam to Shivalingam on the auspicious occasion of Karthika Masam.
